My practice focuses primarily on land use and development, commercial and residential real estate transactions, construction law, construction and real estate-related litigation and business law.
I represent real developers and land owners in all phases of a development, from preliminary discussions through final permitting including hotels, self-storage facilities, shopping centers, retail, industrial complexes and residential developments. I work collaboratively with the project owner, architects, engineers and all other design professionals.
I represent commercial and residential clients acquiring and selling property and businesses. I assist in conducting due diligence, financing, reviewing title, and setting up new business entities.
I represent clients involved in construction and real-estate related litigation, including title disputes, contract disputes, mechanics lien actions and related matters.
I graduated from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts in 1997 and his undergraduate degree in History with honors with minors in Education and Mathematics. Admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1997 then U.S. District Court District of Rhode Island in 1999.
